Overview

Paying members that did not participate in a Free Trial are entitled to a 100% money-back guarantee within 7 days of signup. Simply complete and submit our “Exit Questionnaire” to assist us in our ongoing efforts to improve our program.

Refund Process

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds
