I would like to hear your guys thoughts on accepting stuttering as being a part of us. Do you believe that if we are trying to overcome our stutter, then this means that we do not truly accept ourselves?
Or do you think the opposite; that while we accept our stutter as a part of us for RIGHT NOW, we can at the same time strive to be the best version of ourselves, which does not include us stuttering? Let me hear your thoughts.
Hi Gabor, It was great to see you at the meeting on Saturday! It is like saying that I accept not being a doctor, so why should I study medicine to become one? I should just accept that I am not a doctor, accept myself for who I am, and never try to be anything that I currently am not.
