Using the Crutches requieres concentration, especially at the beginning of our self-cure. Mainly because it is something new for us, and just like with anything we’re new at, at the beginning it requires a lot of concentration and effort, but the more we practice, the better we become at it, and the easier it becomes. It is pretty much like learning to drive. The first time we get into a car, we’re paying attention to a lot of things (the mirrors, the pedals, the gear box and clutch if it is manual, the speed, etc. After practicing several times, it becomes a lot easier, until you drive without thinking at all about the process: you simply go from A to B, and that’s it. The same happens here.
