I just had a question for you. When you do your mind-training, do you always do it in a self-hypnotic state where you are completely relaxed and repeat your affirmations in a soft voice – also how long do you do this for? I was also wondering if there was a more comfortable position for self-hypnosis because I watched your video with Kelly and found it intriguing but when I tried to sit with my back straight and legs how you described I found I was very tense, especially in my legs unless I slouched my back.
