I am very curious about reading books on mind-training and maybe mostly the science behind it. I have read Doidge (fantastic book) and am going to read Peale next month, but I was wondering if you guys had any book recommendations on mind-training? It will help motivate me in my mind-training sessions.

Yea no problem, they are in the bibliography of the 3rd edition Lee wrote. They were “The Brain That Changes Itself” by Norman Doidge (one of my favourite books now and gave me motivation for the program because it is based on neuroplasticity) and I haven’t read it yet but “The Power of Positive Thinking” by Norman Vincent Peale I believe.

Hi there

I was checking out a guided mediation/visualisation app titled ‘InsightTimer’ (on my phone) and then thought about how helpful it could be if Lee recorded a guided meditation/visualisation audio track for PWS/PWSS.

Such a recording could deal with things like positive affirmations, visualisations and/or other guidance. It could be in the style of his reading of the Annabel Lee poem (in one of the online class recordings).

I just think that hearing his voice on such a recording could be a very powerful addition to our mind training routines.

Just a thought.
