I hear many PWS say that they struggle to find the time to fit multiple AS sessions into their days. I used to fit one session in while I was driving to work and one when I was in the bath. Let’s share our unique ways in which we fit our AS into our lives when we have work, gym, families, hobbies etc., so that other PWS can actually see that we can always find the time for them if we really want to!
What I used to do (and continue doing) is waking up half an hour earlier (I don’t really mind sleeping a bit less), and dedicate that time to give myself a Self-hypnosis treatment during the morning. The other one I do it at night. I usually fall asleep while doing it. During the day, I used to do another Auto-Suggestion Treatment whenever I had to go to the bank or to my workplace.
Like Tasneem, I do it while driving. It’s perfect for me because I do a lot of driving at work so I have plenty of time to “talk to myself” as Lee puts it.
